LAKE FOREST, IL —- The Chicago Bears signed defensive tackle Justin Frick Wednesday. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Frick was originally signed by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as an undrafted rookie free agent on May 3.
Frick appeared in 38 games with 22 career starts at North Dakota State University, finishing his collegiate career with 131 tackles, 10 sacks, two forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries and nine passes defensed. The Yankton, South Dakota native started all 12 games for the Bison last season and finished with 39 tackles and five sacks.
