The Oakland Raiders are the bittersweet story of the NFL offseason.
As a team, they are a Super Bowl contender with likeable young stars up and down the roster. As an organization, they've traded out a loyal Oakland fanbase for the promise of Las Vegas, a move that will leave The Town without an NFL team -- perhaps forever.
Marshawn Lynch said the Raiders' controversial decision prompted the Oakland native to sign with the team and take care of some "town bidness." Lynch's deep Bay Area roots appear to have rubbed off on Raiders quarterback Derek Carr.
(There is no way this photo exists if Marshawn Lynch were not prominently involved.)
Carr's really got the finger positioning and mean mug down. Nice timing what with today being "Still D.R.E." Day at the End Around and all.
