The Buffalo Bills have rebooted their braintrust -- again -- and they've relied heavily on the Carolina Panthers to get it done.
On Tuesday, the Bills announced that Brandon Beane is the team's new general manager. Beane had spent the previous 19 years with the Panthers, where he served as Carolina's assistant general manager for the past two seasons. In January, the Bills hired Panthers defensive coordinator Sean McDermott as their 20th head coach in franchise history.
All of which left the Bills' social media team feeling randy:
Disappointingly, the Panthers appear to have opted to punt on a pithy comeback that shakes Orchard Park to its core. C'mon guys, keep pounding and all that.
