Broncos DL McBean won't be charged after stalking accusation

DENVER -- Prosecutors won't file charges against Broncos defensive lineman Ryan McBean.

McBean was arrested last month after a former girlfriend said he was stalking her.

The Denver district attorney's office reviewed the case and said Wednesday that new evidence didn't support the allegation against McBean, a fourth-year pro out of Oklahoma State.

His attorney, Peter Schaffer, has said the allegations are unfounded.
