One of the busiest NFL offseasons in recent memory received its latest stunner Wednesday night: Buccaneers head coach Bruce Arians is retiring from coaching and is transitioning to a front office role in Tampa Bay.

Defensive coordinator Todd Bowles is replacing Arians as the Buccaneers' new head coach.

It didn't take long for this news -- not the first shocking development involving the Buccaneers this month -- to reverberate across the NFL community on social media.
