Cardinals' Kolb questionable for a second week with hurt toe

The weekly "Will Kevin Kolb play or won't he?" saga looks to continue up until Sunday's kickoff. The Arizona Cardinals quarterback practiced on a limited basis for a third straight day and is questionable for this weekend's game against the St. Louis Rams.

Kolb suffered a bad turf toe injury during a Week 8 loss to the Baltimore Ravens and has not played since that game. Kolb also was questionable leading up to last week's San Francisco 49ers tilt but was a late scratch in favor of backup John Skelton.

Skelton won his first two games in relief of Kolb but fell back down to Earth in a 6-of-19 passing performance for only 99 yards in a 23-7 loss to the 49ers.

Cardinals tight end Todd Heap (hamstring) is questionable, while Rams wideout Danario Alexander also is questionable with a hamstring injury of his own.
