Improving the stadium experience is high on the NFL's priority list in the coming seasons.
There are several ways teams will go about making attending games more enjoyable for fans, as NFL Media's Albert Breer broke down last month.
The Carolina Panthers announced Tuesday they will begin making improvements to their stadium this offseason.
Improvements include: improved entry gateways; ribbon video boards to feature game information and statistics, other NFL scores and stats, crowd prompts and sponsored elements; a new sound system; and two new large video boards for live video coverage, replays, game information and stats, among other uses.
Renovations will begin in two weeks -- after a potential NFC Championship game could be played in Charlotte. This is the first phase of a three-phase plan the team will deploy over the course of the next three offseasons.
