Charlie Peprah draws interest from Chicago Bears, report says

Peprah was a regular starter for the Green Bay Packers for the last two seasons. The 29-year-old safety had a career-high 94 tackles and five interceptions last season.

The Packers released Peprah after he failed a physical on the first day of training camp. The Bears plan to examine Peprah's knee to determine the effects of an earlier arthroscopic surgery, the Tribune reported.
