Bears coach Lovie Smith will shuffle the lineup this week at left guard as Chris Spencer will take a seat and Chilo Rachal will start. Brad Biggs of the Chicago Tribune reported that Spencer beat out Rachal in the preseason.
Left tackle J'Marcus Webb, the subject of Cutler's ire, will keep his spot.
The Bears offensive line was the known weak link in a offense that saw Matt Forte's contract extended, Brandon Marshall signed as free agent and Alshon Jeffery drafted in the second round of the 2011 draft. The group had a horrid start against the Indianapolis Colts in Week 1 before Dwight Freeney left with an injury. Clay Matthews and the Packers simply shined a primetime spotlight on the issue.
