A Dez Bryant return might not be too far in the future for the Dallas Cowboys.
Cowboys vice president Stephen Jones said Monday that Dez Bryant has a "real shot" of playing after the team's Week 6 bye following a positive examination of his surgically repaired foot.
"There's been no setbacks," Jones told KRLD-AM in Dallas (via The Dallas Morning News).
Bryant suffered a broken foot in Dallas' season-opening win over the Giants. Reports about Bryant's recovery time have varied greatly. NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport reported last month that Bryant could miss between 10-12 weeks.
