Miami Dolphins quarterback David Garrard is not in attendance at the team's OTA on Tuesday, but the quarterback told me there's no cause for concern.
I just spoke to him on the phone, and he said he had to stay in Jacksonville with his wife because of some home damage due to Tropical Storm Beryl, which hit the area over the weekend.
Running back Reggie Bush also is not in attendance at the voluntary workout, but a reason is not yet known why. Bush and Garrard have attended all previous workouts.
