David Garrard worked with the Miami Dolphins' first team in mincamp on Tuesday, but don't take this as a sign Matt Moore has lost the inside track on the starting job.

Dolphins coach Joe Philbin made it clear earlier this month that each QB in the mix -- a group that includes Garrard, Moore and rookie Ryan Tannehill -- will get reps with the first unit.
On Tuesday, ESPN.com reported Garrard was with the first team, Moore worked with the second and Tannehill with the third. This will likely end up being a rotating situation, at least initially.
"We want to give each quarterback the chance to work with each different group so we are being totally fair and getting guys the chance to work with different receivers, getting the quarterbacks the chance work with different offensive linemen and against different competition from a defensive standpoint," Philbin said on June 11. "So we will to the best we can, we will look at the practice schedule next week and some this week and see if we can get guys to kind of cross train so to speak.
"We are not concerned with what group is with what group and 'Joe, does this guy have to play with this receiver or does this lineman have to play next to that lineman.' My response today and the place we are in this program, I don't think that it's that critical at this point in time."
With those words in mind, Garrard's appearance with the unit isn't the story it might have appeared to initially be.
