Miami DolphinsPro Bowl left tackle Jake Long left Sunday's game against the Philadelphia Eagles with a back injury, and his return was announced as questionable.
Long was injured during the first quarter Sunday and replaced by backup Nate Garner. Long went to the sideline and received treatment from a team trainer before leaving for the locker room.
Long, the first overall pick in the 2008 NFL Draft, has been selected to three Pro Bowls and started all 60 games during his four-year career.
