Dolphins QB Moore expected to start vs. Bills; LT Long out

Miami Dolphins quarterback Matt Moore was active and likely to start Sunday against the AFC East rival Buffalo Bills.

Moore returned to practice Thursday after suffering what interim coach Todd Bowles deemed a mild concussion during last week's loss to the Philadelphia Eagles.

Dolphins left tackle Jake Long will miss his second consecutive game as he continues to deal with a back injury.

Linebacker Koa Misi was ruled out with a shoulder injury. Misi had been listed as doubtful.
