PHILADELPHIA -- Brian Westbrook was a full participant in practice for the first time in two weeks on Friday and appears likely to play Sunday when the Eagles host the Washington Redskins.
Week 5 injury report
Westbrook is questionable on the injury report, but has been able to participate more in practice as the week progressed.
The All-Pro running back would give the Eagles a big lift against Washington in a division showdown in the tough NFC East.
Since Westbrook went down in the first half of a 15-6 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 3, the Philadelphia offense has been erratic.
Tight end L.J. Smith, who also missed the Chicago game, is listed as questionable but seems likely to play after practicing all week. Receiver Kevin Curtis (sports hernia), defensive end Victor Abiamiri (wrist) and two-time Pro Bowl guard Shawn Andrews (back) are doubtful.
Quarterback Donovan McNabb, who played through a chest contusion last week, is still working through the injury, Reid said.
"He's still a little sore," Reid said. "But he worked through it and felt pretty good today."
