Eliot Wolf now Packers' assistant director of player personnel

GREEN BAY, Wis. -- The Packers announced Friday that Eliot Wolf is their new assistant director of player personnel.

Wolf, the son of former Packers general manager Ron Wolf, is entering his eighth season with the franchise. He was assistant director of pro personnel for the past three seasons. He was a pro personnel assistant in his first four seasons.

Wolf's primary duties have included scouting teams in the NFL and doing in-season advance scouting of upcoming Packers opponents. He's also involved with college scouting during the offseason and is active in the Packers' draft.
