April Fools' Day is over, but don't tell that to Denver Broncos wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders.
Sanders is attending workouts held by Peyton Manning at Duke University. Tight end Owen Daniels, wide receiver Cody Latimer, wide receiver Andre Caldwell and tight end Virgil Green are also at the workouts, which Manning has organized every offseason since he's joined the Broncos.
Yet, there is a notable Bronco not in attendance this year -- Demaryius Thomas, who was slapped with the franchise tag earlier this year. However, that didn't stop Sanders from including him in the action.
Sanders posted two photos on Twitter with Thomas' head photoshopped on to another person at the workout, including one photo with Thomas' head on Broncos defensive end Kenny Anunike's body.

Sanders, however, isn't taking the blame for it. The wideout used the hashtag #peytondidit.
