Wisniewski was the strength and conditioning intern at Stanford last season, helping the Cardinal win a school-record 12 games and finish fourth in the final rankings.
"I'm back with my first love, the Oakland Raiders," Wisniewski said. "I'm thrilled to be working in the building again for the Silver and Black and helping to shape the future of the offensive line."
Wisniewski replaces Chris Morgan, who was not kept on the staff of new head coach Hue Jackson. The Raiders still need to hire an offensive line coach to replace the departed Jim Michalczik.
"Steve is my shining star," Jackson said. "His intensity, passion and vision were right in line with what I'm looking for. He was a great Raider player and I am looking forward and excited about working with him."
The Raiders still have a handful of other openings to fill on Jackson's staff, most notably defensive coordinator.
