Gatorade has debuted its "Beat The Heat -- 2014 Heat Safety Kit" as a way to remind athletes that they should hydrate as training camps for football league approach.
The Safety Kit includes a tutorial on the different types of hydration, 10 tips for athletes to stay hydrated and a few science lessons on ways to tell if you are properly hydrated.
