Greg Jennings misses Packers practice with hurt groin

It's only Week 2, and yet Thursday night's game feels rather big for the Green Bay Packers. They don't want to fall two games behind in the division with a loss at home to the Chicago Bears. Then panicky Packers fans would have a real reason to panic.

Recent history says the Packers shouldn't worry too much. They have won seven straight NFC North games. Only the New England Patriots have a better record in their own division since Mike McCarthy took over.

Still, there are areas of concern. The Bears haven't had a wide receiver other teams truly had to worry about in years. Now they have two: Brandon Marshall and Alshon Jeffery. Chicago's big bodied wideouts could present problems for a secondary that has struggled with tackling.

The Packers also could be without one of their best players. Greg Jenningsmissed practice Tuesday with his groin injury, the team announced. This is not a surprise only two days after he suffered the injury, but it's still notable. James Starks (toe) also remains out.

If Jennings is out, we should see more of James Jones and Randall Cobb. Jones had 62 offensive snaps last week, while Cobb had 38. Donald Driver only had three snaps.
