All is well with No. 1 overall pick Myles Garrett heading into training camp.
Cleveland Browns coach Hue Jackson said Wednesday that Garrett is "ready to go" after the first-round pick suffered a lateral foot sprain at the end of minicamp in June.
Garrett was seen in a walking boot after minicamp, which was precautionary.
The news that the pass rusher is ready for training camp brings a sigh of relief to Cleveland, but it isn't a surprise after Garrett posted an impressive leg press video earlier this month.
Garrett dealt with a foot sprain during his final season at Texas A&M, so his status is worth monitoring throughout camp. Having the physical specimen healthy for Day 1 is a great first step as he heads into his rookie campaign.
