Injury roundup: Randall Cobb is active

Aaron Rodgers will have one of his most reliable weapons on Sunday.

Wideout Randall Cobb is active against the Indianapolis Colts this afternoon, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported. Cobb didn't play last week as he deals with a hamstring injury.

The Packers will still rely on Jordy Nelson, but also get Ty Montgomery back in the lineup after he missed last week in a surprise due to the sickle cell trait he possesses.

Here are the other injuries we are tracking Sunday:

  1. Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger (knee) is active for the Steelersand is going to start against the Ravens.
  1. Dwayne Allen is banged up with an ankle injury, but a source tells Rapoport that the Colts tight end is expected to play against the Packers.
  1. The Chiefs were cautious with wide receiver Jeremy Maclin (groin) this week, having him sit out practice. But he's expected to play against the Jaguars, according to Rapoport.
  1. Vikings running back Jerick McKinnon, who sprained his ankle and missed last week's game, is active against the Lions.
  1. Raiders wide receiver Amari Cooper (back) is expected to play against the Broncos in a key matchup of AFC West leaders, according to Rapoport.
  1. Titans tight end Delanie Walker (groin) is expected to play Sunday, Rapoport reported, per a source informed of his decision. Walker as limited this week in practice.
  1. Niners running back Carlos Hyde (AC joint sprain) needs another week to heal and it would be a major surprise if he plays against the Saints, per Rapoport.
  1. The Saints will get back two key players who had suffered broken legs: Cornerback Delvin Breaux and first-round pick Sheldon Rankins.
  1. Ravens wide receiver Steve Smith (ankle) is active against the Steelers.
  1. Tony Romo is still not ready to return to the Cowboys, though he's been throwing at practice.
  1. Jets defensive lineman Muhammad Wilkerson (ankle) is active.
