Arian Foster took the field when the Houston Texans started its game against Tennessee Titans, after the running back missed the past two games.
Foster is officially active and played on the team's opening drive.
Against Tennessee in Week 8, Foster ran for 151 yards and two touchdowns on 20 carries. He has a rushing touchdown in five straight games against the Titans.
Here are some notable inactives:
- No Roddy White for the Falcons. The wideout will miss the afternoon showdown with the Cardinals with an ankle injury.
- In the same contest, Larry Fitzgerald will sit out, his second inactive designation in as many weeks with a Grade 3 MCL sprain.
- The Tampa Bay Buccaneers' defense is without Lavonte David and Clinton McDonald. Meanwhile, the Bucs' offense misses Austin Seferian-Jenkins and center Evan Dietrich-Smith.
- Jerick McKinnon (back) is out for the Minnesota Vikings. Matt Asiata starts at running back.
- The Oakland Raiders sat receiver Denarius Moore once again; he's a healthy scratch. Running back Latavius Murray (concussion) is also out.
- First-round rookie left tackle Taylor Lewan (ankle) is out for the Tennessee Titans. However, right tackle Michael Oher (toe) is active.
- Pittsburgh Steelers rookie linebacker Ryan Shazier is still out with an ankle injury. Offensive tackle Marcus Gilbert (ankle) is also out.
- Browns rookie cornerback Justin Gilbert was a late scratch due to illness.
- Kirk Cousins is inactive, meaning Robert Griffin III is the Redskins' backup for Colt McCoy.
