Each Sunday during the NFL season, J.J. Watt does things that would seem to be impossible for a man his size.
Take that awe and multiply it by two when you see the Texans star on skates. The reigning Defensive Player of the Year showcased his hockey skills during a charity benefit at his alma mater, the University of Wisconsin.
Here's video of Watt -- all 6-foot-5 and 290 pounds of him -- gliding along the ice, before firing a slap shot past St. Louis Blues goalie Brian Elliott, who clearly wants none of it.
Watt told Peter King in 2013 that hockey was his first love, but he had to give up the sport for financial reasons.
"I grew up in Wisconsin loving hockey. I mean, I started when I was three years old on skates," he said. "I played all over -- in Canada all the time, all over the U.S., over in Germany for a 10-day tournament. Hockey, honestly, was my first love. The excitement, the fast pace, the intensity of the game ... I still love it to this day."
It all worked out for Watt, of course, who has a $100 million contract, national renown and all his own teeth.
