It's hard to imagine Sunday getting much worse for the Tennessee Titans, but it has.
Trailing the winless Jacksonville Jaguars with the first half ticking away, Jake Locker left for the locker room with what the team labeled a right foot injury. He did not return to the field and was spotted on the sideline in crutches, per ESPN's John Clayton.
The Titans quarterback was hurt on a handoff to Chris Johnson. Locker wasn't hit by anyone, but he came up limping after the play.
Ryan Fitzpatrick took over for the remainder of the game but could not lead Tennessee to victory as the Titans fell 29-27.
