- This promotion is made available on the social media page located on Pubity Sport social media channel (Instagram), which will also be collaboratively posted across on The Jason & Osi Podcast and NFL UK Instagram pages.
Promotion and Prize details
- This promotion will take place from 10am 28th November 2024 until 10am 3rd December 2024 ("Promotion Period").
- The prizes available to be won in this promotion are as follows:
X1 NFL Jersey - team to be decided by the winner.
How to take part in this promotion
- To get a chance to win the Prize, you must:
- Like the competition post and tag your team in the comments on the post (https://www.instagram.com/p/DC6TJ0yOrKO/?img_index=1)
- Follow the The Jason & Osi Podcast instagram page (www.instagram.com/jasonandosi)
- Live in the UK and have a UK address
Prize draw and announcement of winners
- On meeting the above requirements, you will be entered into a prize draw to be awarded a Prize. If you are successful, you will be contacted within a week of the Promotional Period ending via direct message, where you will be required to let us know which team Jersey you would like to claim.
- The winner will be announced on The Jason & Osi Podcast instagram Social Media Page after the end of the Promotion Period. If you are a winner, we will refer to your username and winning entry in the post in which we announce the winner. Please note that we may still have to disclose your winning entry, your full name and your county to a participant that asks us for the winner's details or if we are legally required to do so.
- All winners will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible entries
How to claim your Prize
- To claim your Prize, you must reply to the direct message on Instagram from the Jason & Osi Podcast account (www.instagram.com/jasonandosi) within 72 hours of the message being sent. If you do not respond within this timeframe, you may forfeit your Prize. We may then announce on the Social Media Page an alternative winner selected at random using the procedure set out above.
- Please allow 60 working days for delivery from the day that you claim the Prize.
When a Prize may not be awarded
- A Prize will not be awarded to you if, for any reason, to do so would be unlawful.
- If any Prize is or becomes unavailable, we may substitute it with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are also subject to change.
- Before providing you with the Prize, we may verify your eligibility and check your identity. If you have been asked for proof of your identity and/or your eligibility, your failure to provide such proof within a reasonable time could result in disqualification or the withdrawal of the Prize.
Responsibility for Prizes
- Unless we agree otherwise, no alternative prize will be given, and the prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
- We will not be liable for the quality or condition of any part of a Prize
- We will not be liable to you if any Prize fails to reach you or you cannot take it for reasons beyond our control or, in the event of a physical Prize, where it has been damaged during delivery.
- Please raise all queries or issues about the Prizes by sending us a direct message via the Social Media Page.
General
- These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and us. We reserve the right to change them and update them from time to time but if we do, we will post the changes on the Social Media Page.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be illegal, invalid, void or otherwise unenforceable it shall be severed from the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions which shall as far as possible continue in full force and effect.
