The team announced via Twitter that Bostic, the No. 50 overall pick, agreed to a four-year contract. Bostic is a natural middle linebacker who looks like the long-term successor to Brian Urlacher.
Bostic just might have to wait to take over that role. Free agent D.J. Williams is the early favorite to start at middle linebacker, with Bostic potentially moving to the strong side. Either way, Bostic, a Florida product, should start as a rookie. He's known for his instincts and run-stopping ability.
