The New York Giants' four-game winning streak stopped Sunday with a 24-20 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers. Defensive end Justin Tuck doesn't want this to be the start of another November swoon for Big Blue.
"Let's not (repeat) history," Tuck said, via Newsday. "Unless it's going to end up how it did last year. For us, we understand what November has meant: getting off to a fast start and kind of lulling here.

at 8 p.m. ET.
"I don't think (Sunday) was a case of that," Tuck went on. "We played hard, we had our shots, but hopefully we can rectify all that next week. We've got a huge game out in Cincinnati, and I think we'll be up for it, and hopefully we'll end this November curse."
This is all kinds of ridiculous, of course. Yes, the Giants are 13-20 under coach Tom Coughlin in November, but nobody was talking about a "curse" in 2008 when the Giants rolled through the month with five consecutive wins. The cursing came later, when wide receiver Plaxico Burress rolled into a nightclub and shot himself -- and the Giants' season -- to hell.
That 2008 team also was the last time the Giants were defending Super Bowl champions. Choose the history you wish to repeat, fellas.
