Kevin Kolb pulled a John Skelton. Coming on in relief after Skelton hurt his ankle, Kolb led the Cardinals on a game-winning fourth quarter drive.
Here's what else we learned during Arizona's 20-16 win over Seattle.
» Kolb was 6-of-8 for 66 yards and a touchdown in his only drive. He made quick decisions. After a miserable preseason, this gives the Cardinals a huge boost.
» Braylon Edwards let a potential game-winning touchdown go right through his hands on fourth down with only a few ticks left on the clock.
» Russell Wilson was up and down in his first start, as you'd expect. He converted a number of key third and fourth downs to lead Arizona inside the 5-yard line with time running down. But he only averaged 4.5 yards per attempt and was sacked three times. The Cardinals got a ton of pressure on him.
» It appears the replacement officials gave Seattle an extra timeout at the end of the game. This could have cost Arizona a victory.
» Cardinals defensive tackle Darnell Dockett was almost unblockable down the stretch.
» Leon Washington kept the Seahawks in this game. He had a huge kickoff return and a long punt return that led directly to points for Seattle. He sparked the team when the offense was stagnant.
