The visit could come as early as Wednesday, according to the newspaper.
Koppen has spent his entire career with the New England Patriots. He has started all but one game at center in nine seasons.
Koppen suffered a broken ankle during last year's season opener and ended up on injured reserve. Veteran offensive lineman Dan Connolly, who filled in at center, recently was re-signed to a three-year deal, putting Koppen's future with the Patriots into question.
The Titans had expressed interest in free-agent centers Scott Wells, Jeff Saturday and Chris Myers, but all three signed with the St. Louis Rams, Green Bay Packers and Houston Texans, respectively.
Veteran Eugene Amano served as the Titans' starting center last season and still has three years remaining on his deal, according to The Tennessean.
