The Washington Redskins' rookie quarterback practiced again Thursday without any setbacks from the concussion that knocked him out of Sunday's loss to Atlanta Falcons.

RG3 hasn't been cleared for contact, but The Washington Post reported he took 75 to 80 percent of the session's snaps, slightly down from his normal 85 percent.

"(Griffin's) been great in practice this week," said Redskins offensive coordinator Kyle Shanahan, who added that he expects the dynamic passer to play against the Minnesota Vikings this Sunday.

Shanahan said he won't tone down the offense to coddle Griffin. The young quarterback has talked about altering his style of play to prevent injuries, but Griffin is naturally fearless. He's a runner, a passer and an innovator with the ball, and he has shown tremendous capacity to operate a pro offense this early in his career.

"If I went into a game thinking I had to call it a different way because he might get hurt, then he doesn't need to be playing," Shanahan told The Post.
