You might have missed this touchdown strike from Atlanta Falcons quarterback Matt Ryan to wide receiver Roddy White, but Larry Fitzgerald did not.
After White hauled in the score to give the Falcons a 13-point lead in Friday night's 23-6 preseason victory over the Miami Dolphins, the Arizona Cardinals star tweeted his congratulations.
"That catch last night was nasty," Fitzgerald tweeted Saturday. "You all look unstoppable on offense & I bet you all aren't even game planning for teams yet."
White thanked Fitzgerald, then asked a popular question: "have y'all decided on a qb yet I know it don't matter to you cause you catching whatever they throw."
"No not yet we have one more game to figure things out," Fitzgerald wrote. "We can and have won with both guys though."
Fitzgerald, as gracious as ever, must quietly wonder what life would be like with Matt Ryan at the wheel in Arizona. We can only imagine.
