Michael Vick potentially could step on the field Sunday in Tampa. But it would be just in an emergency situation.
The Eagles made Vick active Sunday against the Buccaneers, but he is the team's No. 3 emergency quarterback. Nick Foles will start for the Eagles, and Matt Barkley will be the backup.
This is Vick's job, by all accounts, no matter how Foles plays. It will be tough for Foles to play well considering the opponent. The Buccaneers are winless, but they have one of the NFL's better defenses. Tampa has allowed just 17 points per game, despite very little help from the Buccaneers' offense.
