Where does Michael Vick fit in the current landscape of the Philadelphia Eagles? He might not want to know the answer.
Nick Foles has exploded over the past two weeks, throwing 10 touchdowns without an interception in back-to-back Eagles wins. When Chip Kellytold reporters Monday he planned to stick with the hot hand, he certainly wasn't referring to the quarterback with a wrap around his bum hamstring.
Vick was asked Monday if he still sees himself as the starter in Philadelphia.
"I don't know. That's not something that I'm thinking about at this point," Vick told the Philadelphia Inquirer. "The last thing I want to be is a distraction to this team. I'm just working hard to get myself healthy."
Vick was reminded he's been on record saying he always sees himself as a starter.

After another wild week, there's plenty of movement in Elliot Harrison's NFL pecking order. Where is your team ranked? **READ**
"I do consider myself a starter, but if Coach has a viable explanation or good reason for why it should be anything different, I got to understand that," he said. "He's the coach. I'm the player.
"One thing about it, I'm confident in my abilities," Vick added. "We all know what I can do when I'm out there. I'm just an asset to this team as long as I'm here."
Vick certainly sounds like a guy who sees the writing on the wall. Barring a Foles injury, it's likely we've seen the last of Vick as The Man in Philadelphia.
