In military-related news surrounding Super Bowl week:
- Politico magazine reported that the military branches will provide a flyover and air defense before and during Sunday's Super Bowl.
Warren said the flyover, which was requested by the NFL, will be run by the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) and could include Apache attack helicopters and Black Hawk and Chinook transports. The flyover will cost between $90,000 to $100,000, for which Warren said the Army will foot the bill.
