1. Tampa Bay Buccaneers -- Jameis Winston, QB, Florida State
Winston has warts to be sure, but pairing him with Mike Evans could ultimately prove to be too enticing for the Bucs to pass on.
2. Tennessee Titans -- Leonard Williams, DE, USC
The combination of Jurrell Casey and Leonard Williams would be a formidable duo for Andrew Luck to deal with within the division.
3. Jacksonville Jaguars -- Shane Ray, DE, Missouri
This decision could come down to Ray or Randy Gregory. Ray has the type of intensity that feels more like Gus Bradley's style than Gregory.
4. Oakland Raiders -- Amari Cooper, WR, Alabama
Cooper would be the perfect gift for Derek Carr, who showed promise last season with lesser talent at wide receiver.
5. Washington Redskins -- Brandon Scherff, OT, Iowa
Jay Gruden understands the value of a good offensive line, and the Redskins could plug Scherff in at right tackle or guard.
6. New York Jets -- Marcus Mariota, QB, Oregon
There is a brand new regime in place for the Jets and finding a new face of the franchise should be high on the priority list.
7. Chicago Bears -- Danny Shelton, NT, Washington
With Vic Fangio as the new defensive coordinator, the Bears could take Shelton to plug in as the anchor of their new 3-4.
8. Atlanta Falcons -- Randy Gregory, OLB, Nebraska
The Falcons have tried to figure out their edge-rushing issues for a few years, and Gregory would help address those issues.
9. New York Giants -- Landon Collins, SS, Alabama
The Giants could reach for a tackle in this spot, but with the Cowboys and Eagles in their division, Collins becomes the priority.
10. St. Louis Rams -- La'el Collins, OT, LSU
Right tackle Joe Barksdale could be gone. Collins could replace him or move inside to right guard. Collins has the mean that Jeff Fisher loves.
11. Minnesota Vikings -- T.J. Clemmings, OT, Pittsburgh
Despite his lackluster Senior Bowl week, Clemmings has rare physical traits and could be the starting left tackle within a year.
12. Cleveland Browns -- Kevin White, WR, West Virginia
Cleveland passed on an opportunity to take Sammy Watkins last year, but it might have to go wide receiver here with Josh Gordon gone again.
13. New Orleans Saints -- Dante Fowler, Jr., OLB, Florida
The Saints have a need at cornerback, but nothing improves the secondary quite like a disruptive defensive front and Fowler can bring that to the table.
14. Miami Dolphins -- DeVante Parker, WR, Louisville
Ryan Tannehill has never been able to gel with Mike Wallace quite like the Dolphins had hoped. Parker gives Miami a playmaker with good size.
15. San Francisco 49ers -- Arik Armstead, DT, Oregon
Armstead would benefit greatly from learning behind Justin Smith, who turns 36 in September. Armstead is still green, but has immense potential.
16. Houston Texans -- Bud Dupree, OLB, Kentucky
The Texans are hoping that Jadeveon Clowney comes back at full strength, but they still need help on the other side and Dupree is a supreme athlete.
17. San Diego Chargers -- Trae Waynes, CB, Michigan State
The Chargers are unsettled and small at cornerback. Waynes adds height to a unit that could be hit hard by free agency.
18. Kansas City Chiefs -- Andrus Peat, OT, Stanford
The Chiefs still need to find the right tackle combination, and Peat is a run blocker with nimble feet for a big man who can play on the right or left side.
19. Cleveland Browns -- Jordan Phillips, NT, Oklahoma
Phillips is a massive nose tackle with the potential to shut down the running game. Phillips lacks consistency, but Mike Pettine will likely see the high ceiling.
20. Philadelphia Eagles -- Jalen Collins, CB, LSU
The Eagles know Dez Bryant and Odell Beckham are going to be issues within the division, and finding a cornerback with size and speed matters.
21. Cincinnati Bengals -- Shaq Thompson, OLB, Washington
The Bengals need more speed at the linebacker position, and Thompson provides rare speed and versatility for the position.
22. Pittsburgh Steelers -- Vic Beasley, OLB, Clemson
The Steelers always are looking to fortify their defensive front, and Beasley offers an outstanding edge presence as a pass rusher.
23. Detroit Lions -- Malcom Brown, DT, Texas
Currently, there are too many questions about the Lions' defensive line pending potential free-agent departures. Brown is a disruptive, ascending talent inside.
24. Arizona Cardinals -- Benardrick McKinney, ILB, Mississippi State
Arizona has leaned heavily on its defense over the last few years, but the Cardinals need help across the defensive front. McKinney is a big, physical fit.
25. Carolina Panthers -- Cedric Ogbuehi, OT, Texas A&M
The Panthers have to find help up front and based on the estimated time-table for ACL recovery, Ogbuehi could be back to start the season.
26. Baltimore Ravens -- Carl Davis, DT, Iowa
There is no guarantee that Haloti Ngata will be back in Baltimore, and Davis has the size the Ravens covet. Regardless, Baltimore needs defensive line help.
27. Dallas Cowboys -- Michael Bennett, DT, Ohio State
Defensive coordinator Rod Marinelli looks for one-gappers who can play upfield and can rush the passer. That is exactly what Bennett can do.
28. Denver Broncos -- Maxx Williams, TE, Minnesota
Never underestimate the importance of a talented tight end in Gary Kubiak's offense. With Julius Thomas' contract unsettled, Williams would fit the bill.
29. Indianapolis Colts -- Paul Dawson, ILB, TCU
Dawson was the most complete playmaking linebacker in college last season, and he plays the game the way that Chuck Pagano loves.
30. Green Bay Packers -- P.J. Williams, CB, Florida State
Williams can come up and support the run, and has the man-to-man cover ability to be left on an island down the road.
31. Seattle Seahawks -- Eddie Goldman, DT, Florida State
Goldman is not as dynamic a pass rusher as teams might like, but he would give Seattle a run-stopping force inside to go with the team's dangerous pass rush.
32. New England Patriots -- Devin Funchess, TE/WR, Michigan
In Bill Belichick's never-ending quest to create mismatches for defenses around the league, Funchess would be a difficult draw for opponents to figure out as a move tight end.
