NFL Fantasy 2024 Start 'Em, Sit 'Em: Kickers for Week 7

You have lineup questions, we have lineup answers -- at least we hope so. Start 'Em, Sit 'Em is here to help fantasy managers make difficult roster decisions. And you know what is a good move? Starting Justin Jefferson. But that's too obvious, so you won't see such simple analysis here. Instead, we're exploring more debatable situations. And if you can't find a player you are looking for, please check out the latest NFL Fantasy lineup rankings. Unless otherwise noted, all stats come from NFL Pro, Next Gen Stats or NFL Research.

Start 'Em

Younghoe Koo
Atlanta Falcons ATL

Koo has now scored 12 or more fantasy points in three straight games and reached double-digit points in four of his last five. The Falcons offense is starting to click and it has led to Koo becoming an elite kicker option again. Atlanta should be able to move the ball well this week. Start Koo.

Chase McLaughlin
Tampa Bay Buccaneers TB

Outside of one weird game where the Bucs offense just could not get going, McLaughlin has been awesome for fantasy football purposes. He has reached double-digit fantasy points in four of his six games. He brings a very safe floor and some upside. He's a great starting option.

Austin Seibert
Washington Commanders WAS

Thanks to Jayden Daniels, the Commanders are now an offense you want exposure to. One (adjacent) way to capitalize on the success is with Seibert. He has scored double-digit fantasy points in four of five games. His low mark in that stretch is eight points. His high is 21. That is a safe floor and high ceiling. Must-start kicker!

Ka'imi Fairbairn
Houston Texans HOU

Fairbairn continues to be a reliable kicker for fantasy purposes. He has scored double-digit fantasy points in two straight games and four of six total. He has scored 15 or more in half of his games. That is the kind of kicker performance that can flip your week. Keep starting him.

Chris Boswell
Pittsburgh Steelers PIT

Boswell has one game with fewer than eight fantasy points this season and it came in that rain-soaked Sunday night game against the Cowboys. That's a pretty safe floor as far as kickers go. He also brings a high ceiling, having recorded games of 24 and 16 points this season. This could be a week where the Steelers rely more on field goals against a tough Jets defense. Boswell is in play.

Sit 'Em

Daniel Carlson
Las Vegas Raiders LV

Carlson is a good real-life kicker, but that doesn't always translate to fantasy points. The Raiders simply do not score enough points to trust Carlson in fantasy. He has fewer than five fantasy points in four games this season, including each of the last two. He's had one big game (18 points), but has scored 10 or fewer in the rest. Play a different kicker.

Jason Myers
Seattle Seahawks SEA

It has not been a great fantasy season for Myers. He has scored eight fantasy points or fewer in four straight games. His low mark is three, while his high this season is 11. That's a low floor and not much of a ceiling. I would rather play a kicker who has a chance to have a big, week-altering game.

Dustin Hopkins
Cleveland Browns CLE

The Browns offense simply is not good right now, and it has hurt Hopkins' fantasy value. He has reached double-digit fantasy points just twice and his high mark is 12. I would take a shot on a kicker who brings more upside to your lineup.

Cam Little
Jacksonville Jaguars JAX

The floor is entirely too low to trust Little in fantasy. He has four games with seven fantasy points or fewer. He scored just four fantasy points twice in his last four games. The matchup is not scary, but I would rather take a chance on a kicker who brings more upside than Little.

Nick Folk
Tennessee Titans TEN

Folk had one game where he exploded for 23 fantasy points. Other than that, he has scored five fantasy points or fewer in every game. The floor is too low to trust. I also don't trust Will Levis to move the ball consistently against the Bills defense. Sit Folk.
