- QB Patrick Mahomes suffered a mild high ankle sprain in Sunday's win over Cleveland, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported. Mahomes has a chance to practice this week but his week-to-week status puts his status for Saturday's game versus the Texans in doubt.

- WR Grant DuBose has movement in all extremities and initial tests have revealed positive results after he suffered a head injury in Sunday's loss to Houston, the team announced. Dubose, who stayed in a hospital overnight, remains under the care of doctors for continued observation.

- QB Tommy DeVito, who exited midway through Sunday's loss to the Ravens, is in the concussion protocol, head coach Brian Daboll announced.
- QB Drew Lock (heel/left elbow) will be evaluated before a decision is made on his availability for Week 16, per Daboll.

- RB Braelon Allen, who was in and out of the lineup during Sunday's win over the Jaguars, is dealing with a back injury, interim head coach Jeff Ulbrich told reporters.
- DL Quinnen Williams is dealing with a hamstring injury, per Ulbrich.
- CB Michael Carter II is dealing with a lower back injury, per Ulbrich.
- S Jalen Mills has a collarbone injury that requires further evaluation, per Ulbrich.

- OLB T.J. Watt's low ankle sprain is being evaluated and he has not been ruled out for Saturday's game against Baltimore, head coach Mike Tomlin told reporters. Tomlin added that Watt was walking around the team facility "rather comfortably" on Monday, per ESPN's Brooke Pryor.

- LB De'Vondre Campbell is expected to receive a three-game suspension from the 49ers after refusing to enter last Thursday night's game, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported.
