The veteran pass rusher returns to the Texans after one season in Cincinnati, where he tallied 18 tackles and one sack in seven starts. Rankins, entering his age-31 season, has 30.5 career sacks over nine seasons since being selected in the first round of the 2016 NFL Draft by New Orleans.
