  • QB Caleb Williams will not play in Thursday's preseason finale versus Kansas City, head coach Matt Eberflus announced. Eberflus added that most starters will not play.


INJURIES

  • S Kevin Byard is working through a soft-tissue injury but is in a good spot, per Eberflus.

  • WR Amari Cooper will return to practice on Tuesday after dealing with soreness last week, head coach Kevin Stefanski told reporters.
  • OT Hakeem Adeniji (knee) will be out multiple weeks, per Stefanski.
  • DT Maurice Hurst (hamstring) won't practice Tuesday but the injury isn't believed to be serious, per Stefanski.
