• QB Derek Carr (obliquie) is expected to undergo an MRI exam on Tuesday following his injury during the Saints' loss to the Chiefs on Monday night. New Orleans HC Dennis Allen did not have an update on Carr's status when he met with reporters on Tuesday.

• HC Robert Saleh has been fired after a 2-3 start to the 2024 season, NFL Network Insider Tom Pelissero reported, per a source. The team has since announced the firing. DC Jeff Ulbrich will become the team's interim head coach, NFL Network's Peter Schrager reported, per sources.

• QB Russell Wilson (calf) is expected to be a full participant in Wednesday's practice, head coach Mike Tomlin announced Tuesday. Tomlin added that Wilson will work with the second team in an effort to not disrupt Justin Fields' preparation for the Raiders this Sunday.
