  • The Bills announced the addition of 10 limited partners to the franchise's ownership group. This marks the first time in the team's history that limited partners have been added. NBA greats Vince Carter and Tracy McGrady, who began their careers with the Toronto Raptors, are among the new partners.

  • WR Cedric Tillman (concussion protocol) is expected to practice Wednesday, per coach Kevin Stefanski.
  • TE David Njoku is day to day with a hamstring injury and won't practice Wednesday, Stefanski said.

  • The Dolphins announced Ares Management funds (Ares) and the NBA's Brooklyn Nets governors Joe Tsai and Oliver Weisberg as new limited partners. Ares will acquire a 10 percent stake, while Tsai and Weisburg will hold a 3 percent stake.

INJURIES

  • QB Tommy DeVito is expected to start Sunday's game against the Ravens as Drew Lock deals with a heel injury, head coach Brian Daboll told reporters. Lock currently is in a walking boot.

  • RB Breece Hall (knee) is "struggling a bit" and may not play this week, interim Jeff Ulbrich said. New York is not yet at the point of shutting Hall down for the season, Ulbrich said.
  • RB Kene Nwangwu is dealing with a hand injury, per Ulbrich.
  • TE Irvin Charles suffered a torn ACL in Sunday's loss and will be place on season-ending injured reserve, Ulbrich said.
  • DE Haason Reddick (illness) will not practice Wednesday.
  • CB Sauce Gardner (hamstring) is expected to play this week, per Ulbrich.

  • The NFL has approved the sale of 8 percent of the Eagles to two family investment groups at an $8.3 billion valuation, Senior National Columnist Judy Battista reported. Jeffrey Lurie retains control of team.

INJURIES

  • WR Noah Brown will likely miss the rest of the regular season after suffering an internal injury, per head coach Dan Quinn.
  • CB Marshon Lattimore (hamstring) will practice fully on Wednesday, per Quinn. Lattimore has not played for Washington since he was aquired at the trade deadline.
