Will the Colts return to the playoffs?
Both Matt Millen and LaDainian Tomlinson say yes. Millen says all the question marks facing quarterback Andrew Luck heading into training camp last year have been answered. Millen says there's no replacing confidence, and it's clear Luck is gaining it. Tomlinson likes the pieces around Luck -- particularly Coby Fleener and Dwayne Allen, two tight ends Luck can grow with.
Deion Sanders talks Falcons
Deion Sanders says there are a lot of question marks on the Atlanta Falcons' defensive line and he doesn't know if the defense is good enough to make them favorites in the NFC. However, he believes defensive coordinator Mike Nolan runs a good scheme and will help make the defense better than their personnel might otherwise indicate.
Deion one-on-one with Julio Jones
Jones impressed Sanders with his route knowledge by showing Deion how he releases from the line based on how the corner is lined up. Jones said nobody on the Falcons complains about not getting the ball. Nobody knows whose day it's going to be, so when it's your turn, be ready. Jones also said Roddy White is the No. 1 guy on the team and Jones is fine with that.
Kurt Warner from Cards camp
The Cardinals haven't had a Pro Bowl quarterback since Kurt Warner left. They brought in Carson Palmer this offseason and Warner says Palmer and Larry Fitzgerald are developing a nice rhythm. Fitzgerald isn't the only one catching balls from Palmer – the Cards are giving cornerback Patrick Peterson some offensive reps.
