While drama swirlsaround him, Jim Harbaugh remains unchanged.

We're talking about his clothes mostly, but in other ways, too. Here's the San Francisco 49ers coach at the University of Kansas, wearing his now comically standard $23 flat khakis and black Niners shirt ensemble. Even Homer Simpson has more variance to his wardrobe.

This might seem like an innocuous bucket from 43-feet (more angles here), but we see a message from James Joseph Harbaugh to 49ers general manager Trent Baalke:
