Notable injuries, news from Sunday's Week 1 games: Ravens' Zay Flowers exits with hamstring injury

Here are the injuries and news we're monitoring around the league on this Week 1 Sunday:

• Atlanta Falcons defensive lineman Da'Shawn Hand (knee) was ruled out in the first half of Sunday's loss to the Steelers. Offensive lineman Chris Lindstrom (concussion) was also ruled out.
• Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Zay Flowers (hamstring) was ruled out of Sunday's win over the Colts. Flowers had five catches for 150 yards and one touchdown before exiting. NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported Monday morning that Flowers' injury is not considered serious, but the WR will undergo an MRI.  Cornerback T.J. Tampa (knee) was ruled out in the first half. Rookie receiver Ja'Kobi Lane suffered a fractured wrist and will miss several weeks, NFL Network Insiders Ian Rapoport and Mike Garafolot reported.
• Chicago Bears cornerback Tyrique Stevenson (shoulder) exited Sunday's win over the Panthers and did not return.
• Cleveland Browns running back Dylan Sampson (ankle) was ruled out in the first half of Sunday's loss to the Jaguars. 
• Dallas Cowboys linebacker DeMarvion Overshown suffered a hamstring injury Sunday night and will undergo further testing to determined the severity, head coach Brian Schottenheimer said. Safety Malik Hooker suffered what is likely a fractured forearm and will undergo further testing, Schottenheimer said.
• Detroit Lions guard Christian Mahogany (knee) exited Sunday's win over the Saints and did not return.
• Houston Texans linebacker Jake Hummel (abdomen) was ruled out of Sunday's loss to the Bills. 
• Jacksonville Jaguars defensive end BJ Green II (elbow) exited Sunday's win over the Browns and did not return.
• Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Ladd McConkey (chest), wide receiver KeAndre Lambert-Smith (hamstring) and cornerback Elijah Molden (hamstring) did not return to Sunday's loss to the Cardinals.
• New York Jets safety Minkah Fitzpatrick (groin) did not return to Sunday's win over the Titans. Wide receiver Omar Cooper Jr. (ankle) was ruled out. Cooper's X-rays were negative but he is dealing with a sprain and will undergo an MRI, Rapoport reported.
• Miami Dolphins safety Kyle Louis (knee) was ruled out of Sunday's loss to the Raiders.
• Minnesota Vikings quarterback Kyler Murray was ruled out after suffering a concussion in the first half of Sunday's win over the Packers.
• Tampa Bay Buccaneers cornerback Jacob Parrish (back) was ruled out of Sunday's loss to the Bengals.
• Washington Commanders tight end Chigoziem Okonkwo (hamstring), linebacker Frankie Luvu (groin) and safety Tyler Owens (ankle) did not return to Sunday's loss to the Eagles.
