Ranking games in order of intrigue
Why this game is intriguing: This should be a close game, and it should be a matchup of two possible playoff teams. But it's so hard to tell these days what the Bills are. At 2-2, everything is possible, but is Buffalo the team from the first half against the Patriots or the second? And the 49ers, fresh off a first-round KO of the Jets, will try to physically maul the Bills in the same way.
What to watch: It might be more uncomfortable to run against the 49ers than anyone else; Patrick Willis and NaVorro Bowman simply aren't nice to opposing rushers. Still, C.J. Spiller and Fred Jackson are what make the Bills go, and they might have to do it without two starting offensive linemen. If the 49ers make Buffalo one-dimensional, we'll find out if the shaky right arm of Ryan Fitzpatrick can take the Bills where they need to go.
