Quick Take: Chargers (10-5) at Raiders (4-11)

Last meeting
LaDainian Tomlinson scored four touchdowns as the host Chargers defeated the Raiders, 28-14, in Week 6.

Streaks
The Chargers have won eight consecutive games against the Raiders, who lead the all-time series 54-39-2.

Last week
The Chargers defense smothered the Broncos in a 23-3 win on Monday night. Tomlinson rushed for 107 yards and a touchdown. The Raiders couldn't muster much offense in Jacksonville and lost, 49-11.

At stake
The Chargers can clinch the No. 3 seed in the AFC with a win, or a Steelers loss. The Raiders have been eliminated from the playoffs.

Key matchup:
Chargers defense vs. Raiders quarterback JaMarcus Russell. The top-pick in the draft is expected to make his first NFL start on Sunday. Russell was intercepted three times in limited action against the Jaguars, but did throw his first NFL touchdown -- a 2-yard score to Zach Miller. The Chargers lead the NFL with 29 interceptions, led by Antonio Cromartie's league-leading 10 INTs. Expect the Chargers to place a lot of pressure on Russell, as the team takes a lot of pride in its eight-game winning streak over the rival Raiders.

Did you know?
Perhaps nobody relishes playing -- and beating -- the Raiders more than Tomlinson who has rushed for 1,653 yards and 16 touchdowns in 13 games against Oakland.
