Quick Take: Jaguars at Buccaneers

Keep your eye on ...

Jaguars' backup QBs: Coach Jack Del Rio has indicated that the backup quarterback spot is Cleo Lemon's, though Todd Bouman's performance Saturday (9-of-13, 126 yards, one touchdown) may cause Del Rio to keep more than just the two QBs he anticipated having on the 53-man roster. Bouman was the lone bright spot at QB for the Jaguars in a 19-14 loss to the Dolphins on Saturday, and if released may be playing his way onto another team's roster.

Jaguars receivers: With Jerry Porter and Reggie Williams sidelined, a number of young receivers are battling for roster spots, including Ryan Hoag (three receptions, 71 yards vs. Miami) and rookie D'Juan Woods (two receptions, 38 yards vs. Miami). Hoag recently appeared as a contestant on the reality TV show The Bachelorette.

A Jeff Garcia sighting: The Buccaneers' starting QB has yet to appear during the preseason after injuring his calf in training camp. He has returned to practice on a limited basis and could potentially see his first game action of the season against the Jaguars.

RB Michael Bennett: The veteran backup has been a standout throughout the preseason in a crowded Buccaneers backfield. Mired behind Earnest Graham, Warrick Dunn and potentially Cadillac Williams, Bennett's emergence could force coach Jon Gruden to find a role for him during the regular season.
