Keep your eye on...
T.O.'s possible return to the lineup: Owens has been nursing a sprained toe suffered in the Bills' preseason matchup with the Titans in the Hall of Fame Game on Aug. 9. If he plays, he'll be a welcome addition to a Bills offense that failed to get on the board against Pittsburgh last week. Though it came against the Steelers' suffocatiung defense, the Bills totaled just eight first downs (four through the air) and 86 yards of passing offense.
Backup running Aaron Brown: The rookie out of Texas Christian has averaged 5.7 yards per carry in limited, but consistent work this preseason. Brown should see more carries in the Lions final preseason game, as starter Kevin Smith will likely be limited to just a few series, and will look to parlay a solid preseason into a role complimenting Smith in Detroit's backfield.
