Quick Take: Rams (0-6) at Seahawks (3-3)

Last meeting
Josh Brown kicked a 38-yard field goal in the final seconds to give the Seahawks a 24-22 win over St. Louis last November. Running back Maurice Morris rushed for 124 yards to lead the host Seahawks.

Streaks
St. Louis has a one-game lead in the all-time series, 9-8, but the Seahawks have won four consecutive games.

Last week
Matt Stover connected on five field goals to lead the host Ravens to 22-3 win over St. Louis. The Seahawks struggled to get much going offensively against New Orleans as the Saints won their first game of the season, 28-17.

At stake
No team has ever come back from an 0-6 start to win a division. But somebody has to be the first, right? The Rams would have to go 9-1 down the stretch just to get above .500, but they need to get their first before they can think of any of that. The Seahawks, meanwhile, can't afford to drop a second consecutive home game if they want to keep pace with co-leader Arizona in the NFC West.

Key matchup
Rams quarterback Marc Bulger vs. Seahawks linebacker Julian Peterson. Bulger has had some success at Seattle with a passer rating above 90 in four of his last five games there. But he has missed his previous two starts with injured ribs and now he will be standing behind a makeshift offensive line against Peterson, one of the top pass rushers in the NFL this season. The Seahawks' outside linebacker has six sacks, one behind the league leader, and should cause a matchup problems when he blitzes from the outside.

Did you know?
St. Louis receiver Torry Holt has 27 receptions for 398 yards and five touchdowns in the past four meetings with Seattle. ... Seahawks running back Shaun Alexander has rushed for more than 100 yards in five consecutive games against St. Louis.
